LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA (November 22, 2021 Update)- Two men are facing charges in connection with a pursuit that began in Frederick County, VA, and ended with a search for the suspects in Loudoun County. The suspects were also connected to a Friday afternoon bank robbery in the Town of Leesburg.
Kenneth W. Sencindiver and Kenneth W. Sencindiver II were both taken into custody without incident by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) and the Town of Purcellville Police Department Sunday morning after a report was received of suspicious persons on the grounds at Patrick Henry College. Two firearms were recovered.
Kenneth W. Sencindiver, 65, of Winchester, was charged by the LCSO with two counts of a felon in possession of a firearm, one count of a felon in possession of ammunition, and two counts of carrying a concealed weapon after being convicted of a felony. He is also facing charges in Frederick County, VA for felony eluding, obstruction of justice, and reckless driving.
Kenneth W. Sencindiver II, 24, of Berryville, was charged with obstruction of justice out of Frederick County, VA.
The Town of Leesburg Police Department has also charged both men in connection with a November 19, 2021, robbery of a bank in the town. You can view the Leesburg Police Department press release here.
Both men remain held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.

UPDATE: Loudoun County, VA (November 21, 2021)- Residents in the Purcellville area can expect an increased law enforcement presence in the area as the search continues for two men who fled from a vehicle overnight following a pursuit that began in Frederick County, Virginia, and continued into Clarke County.
As the pursuit entered Loudoun County, law enforcement from Clarke County saw the vehicle exit in the Purcellville area from Route 7. LCSO deputies responded to the area and the vehicle was located unoccupied a short time later on the campus of Patrick Henry College.
The occupants of the vehicle, Kenneth Sencindiver, 65, and Kenneth Sencindiver II, age 24, are possibly armed.
The pursuit began following a domestic-related incident in Frederick County.
After the vehicle was located, the LCSO conducted a search of the area with the assistance of the Town of Purcellville Police Department and the Fairfax County Police Department helicopter. The subjects were not located.
If you have seen either of the subjects or know of their possible whereabouts, you are asked to immediately contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office by dialing 911.
Original Post: There is a large law enforcement presence in the area of Patrick Henry College, 1 Patrick Henry Circle, Purcellville. The LCSO is looking for two males who may be armed who were involved in a vehicle pursuit that began in Frederick County, VA, and continued into Clarke County.
Law enforcement from Clarke County ended their pursuit in Loudoun County and saw the vehicle exit in the Purcellville area from Route 7. The vehicle was located unoccupied a short time later on the campus of Patrick Henry College.

The LCSO has worked with Patrick Henry College school security and the school is on lockdown.
