A bicycle locker is simply a garage for your bike. It provides a way to store your bicycle securely out of the elements of rain, sun, and sometimes snow. They are usually located at park and ride facilities
The Loudoun County Office of Transportation Services currently manages the bicycle lockers at the following County owned park and ride lots. Click on each lot for more information , including address and directions:
Currently there is no waiting list…lockers are available. Start by filling out the “Bicycle Locker Application Form and the “Bicycle Locker User Agreement.” You can call 703-771-5665 or email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to send you the necessary documents.
The yearly rental fee is $60.00 (think of it as $5.00/month). In addition to that, there is a one time administrative fee of $10.00 (this is non-refundable), and a key deposit of $50.00 (this one is refundable when you return your key). So, if you’re a first time user, you will need to pay $120.00. After that, it’s just $60.00 per year. Make your checks payable to County of Loudoun, Virginia.

Loudoun County specifies bicycle lockers with a highly secure key system, which costs a little more to provide enhanced security for the user. Therefore, replacement costs are higher. If the key is not returned, we will accrue expenses to ensure the locker is safe and secure for the next user. Be sure to return your key when the lease expires, so we may return the deposit to you.
