I get an error when trying to add an attorney to my firm's account

This typically occurs when the attorney was previously added to another firm's account.  In this case, the previous firm should be contacted and their administrator should remove the attorney from the firm's account.  Then you should be able to add the attorney as normal.  For specific steps please refer to Chapter 5 of the User's Guide provided by the Supreme Court of Virginia.  Further questions can be directed to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
