How do I submit a request for service or report a concern to the county government?: Through Loudoun County's LEx online system -- Loudoun Express Request -- you can submit service requests and report concerns to the county government for follow-up and resolution. This system routes requests or concern to the appropriate staff person. You can also track the status of the request.

How do I submit a request for service or report a concern to the county government?: Through Loudoun County's LEx online system -- Loudoun Express Request -- you can submit service requests and report concerns to the county government for follow-up and resolution. This system routes requests or concern to the appropriate staff person. You can also track the status of the request.

2. How do I file a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the county?: You may request records by U.S. Mail, fax, email, in person, or over the phone. FOIA does not require that your request be in writing, nor do you need to specifically state that you are requesting records under FOIA. More information is online.
