What is the income eligibility to use basic career services and for individualized career services?

Basic Career Services at the WRC are open to everyone; there are no income guidelines or residency requirements attached. This includes attending workshops, resume critiques, mock interviews and employment coaching.

Individualized Services at the WRC are available to eligible customers who either meet financial guidelines or are unemployed due to a lay-off situation or otherwise displace from the workforce according to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
