The Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail (PHNST) is a designated National Recreation Trail. In 2006, fifteen miles of the trail were dedicated as a linear park in Loudoun County, from Seneca Regional Park on the Fairfax County line to Keep Loudoun Beautiful Park on Goose Creek.

The trail encompasses portions of Algonkian Regional Park, Bles Park, Elizabeth Mills Riverfront Park and Kephart Bridge Landing.
