ARPA Tourism Grant Program

The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Tourism Grant Program provides grants to organizations that are responsible for organizing and hosting festivals, events and other activities that draw visitors and overnight stays to Loudoun. The program is designed to assist local organizations in their tourism planning, marketing and execution. The maximum award is $50,000.

 Applications are now being accepted. The deadline to apply is 4:00 p.m., October 4, 2023.

Community Support Services Grants

The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Community Support Services Grant Program provides funds to nonprofits for durable medical equipment, utility assistance and/or other financial support that support low/moderate-income residents who continue to be affected by the negative economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Applications are now being accepted. The deadline to apply is 4:00 p.m., October 12, 2023.

Loudoun County is now using the AmpliFund platform to accept grant applications online. 

Grants 101 Training

This training, offered in both video and slideshow format, provides a general review of grant application terminology, grant sources, writing strategies, and tips for stronger applications.

Stay Informed 

The county has established a subscription service to provide information of interest to local nonprofit organizations, including county grant and professional development opportunities. Individuals can sign up to receive email or text updates.
