Homeowners and residential contractors can submit the following projects/applications online. Get information and required forms at the links below:

A plat of property showing the improvement and distances to the property line is required with most applications. View a sample plat of property (PDF).

Submit your completed, signed application and any required documentation in PDF format. 

Licensed residential trade contractors and permit services only

  • Submit residential trade permit applications with e-Permits 
    • Registration is required to use e-Permits. Contractors and permit services who have not registered for must register and have their account verified in order to submit permits. All residential trade contractors and permit services are strongly encouraged to submit trade permits via e-Permits.

Pay application fees

Permit fees must be paid once the county has completed the review process and you are notified that the permit is ready to be issued. Permits must be issued before your project can begin.
