"I am excited for Bike to Work Day this year. I bike 17 miles each way from Leesburg to Reston on the W&OD for work a few times a week. This has helped me lose over 50 pounds over the last two years!" Kevin K. Leesburg, VA
“I first participated in Bike to Work Day a few years ago with a co-worker. It was so enjoyable that I have made it part of my spring through fall routine. In addition to the benefits of exercise, I have found that I look forward to the days I get to ride my bike to work. I feel more energized and productive. I truly recommend that everyone try it at least once.” Julie A. Hamilton, VAOpens a New Window.
