BITWC presents “Social Security.” Trendy Manhattan art gallery owners Barbara and David Kahn’s lives are upended when their eccentric mother Sophie is unexpectedly deposited on their doorstep. Sophie is introduced to suave nonagenarian artist Maurice Koenig, who offers to paint her portrait and soon begins to brighten her life in ways she never expected in her twilight years. Voter Registration and Elections

    The Office of Elections Outreach will be providing the video from the Elect website for Third Party Certification training in order to register Virginia citizens to vote. In addition, a brief overview of the application form, absentee voting application procedures and upcoming election information will be provided.
