  1. Homeward Bound Adoption Event

    May 18, 2019, 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM @ Loudoun County Animal Services

    On Saturday May 18th, 2019, Loudoun County Animal Services (LCAS) will host Homeward Bound, a pet adoption event where all adoption fees are waived. The event at the Loudoun County Animal Shelter, 39820 Charles Town Pike, Waterford, will feature pets of all ages and types. In lieu of adoption fees, those wishing to help homeless pets may bring donations of collars, dog harnesses, bully sticks, dog training treats, or fleece blankets.

    (All ages) Join us for our Spring Vendor Market where we will have representatives from many home-based businesses. Reserve a booth to sell your merchandise or just come and shop inside with vendors and outside at the yard sale. Food will be available. Attend the event for free or rent a table to sell your wares.   3. Chalk Art Competition

    May 18, 2019, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM @ Claude Moore Recreation and Community Center

    (All ages) Join us for our first annual Chalk Art Competition. There will be prizes available for each section. Information on supplies and deadlines can be found in the application. All participants must register and must submit the application paperwork by May 15th 2019 in order to participate in the event.   5. May the Fourth Move You

    (All ages) If the Force is strong with you, make your way to our first May Fourth celebration! There will be food trucks, crafts and a moon bounce for kids, an obstacle course for teens/adults, games for all ages, and free viewings of “Star Wars” movies. The event is free.
