The Loudoun County Community Services Board (CSB) conducts monthly meetings which are scheduled on the second Thursday at 6:00 p.m.  Meetings are held in the Aspen Room at the Administrative Offices of the Department of MHSADS at 906 Trailview Boulevard in Leesburg, VA.

General Purposes
The Loudoun County Community Services Board (CSB) is a public body established in 1973. Appointed by and accountable to the Board of Supervisors that established it, the CSB provides advice on policy matters and advocates for the Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (MHSADS) as provided in Chapter 5 of Title 37.2 of the Code of Virginia and the following bylaws.

Vision, Mission & Guiding Principles

The Community Services Board, with the help of consumers, families and other stakeholders, has developed a statement of vision, mission and guiding principles that is a framework for the work of the CSB and the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services.

CSB Seven Tenets
The CSB operates under Seven Tenets with the following powers and duties:

The Community Services Board (CSB) has 18 members who are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The current membership list is online here.
