Benefits Program
The Loudoun County Government cares about the people that work here and serve the citizens of the county. We are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package which includes an array of programs available to regular full-time, part-time and full-time, long-term temporary (12 months or longer) employees.

Our benefits program reflects that commitment – blending a core level of protection with a variety of optional benefit choices. In most instances, new employees become eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following date of hire. We strive to be, and consistently are, competitive with the labor market and other public and private sector employers in the area.
