The Health Department wants to hear any concerns or complaints from the community. Anonymous complaints to the Health Department can be provided by telephone, by mail, or by completing an online form.
Environmental Health requests on Loudoun Express Request (LEx)
Loudoun County uses an online system that allows members of the public to submit requests for service and reports of concern to the county government for follow-up and resolution. Loudoun County Health Department uses LEx for a variety of requests or concerns pertaining to Environmental Health.
The Town of Leesburg and Loudoun County work cooperatively to address health-related nuisance issues within the Town limits. Town residents are able to submit these concerns through LEx.
