Capital Intensity Factor
The Capital Intensity Factor (CIF) is a financial multiplier that helps determine future costs of development in the county and is used by the Planning Commission and the Planning and Zoning Department in all proffer negotiations.
At the December 10, 2014, Board Public Hearing, the Board of Supervisors approved the Standard Capital Intensity Factor.
At the June 17, 2015, Board Business Meeting, the Board of Supervisors approved the Age-Restricted Capital Intensity Factor.
