E-Recording
What is E-Recording?
Loudoun County allows our customers to record their documents from the comfort of their office. Customers scan their documents and submit them electronically. The Clerk's Office then processes them as if the customer was right in front of them. A short video on e-recording can be seen here.

Why should I E-Record?
  • Save money on postage and gas
  • Save time on trips to and from the courthouse
  • Eliminates having to write checks
  • Eliminate payment errors
  • No waiting for your documents to be returned
