Language Assistance (Title VI)
Loudoun County, Virginia operates its transit programs and transit services so that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance, including the denial of meaningful access for limited English proficient (LEP) persons.

For more information on the county’s language assistance policy as it relates to transit, and the procedures to file a complaint, please contact 703-737-8562 or send an email. If the email concerns a complaint, please include the following information: Name, address, and contact information (telephone number, email address, etc.).  How, when, where, and why you believe you were discriminated against; and the location, names, and contact information of any witnesses.

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration  by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 12000 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington, D.C. 20590.
