Foster Care & Adoption
The Loudoun County Department of Family Services provides foster care placements for abused or neglected children from birth to age 18 who are placed in the custody of the department. Alternatives to foster care are thoroughly explored. Family & Consumer Sciences Programs
The Virginia Cooperative Extension helps families improve their quality of life through educational programs, including in the area of financial management.
The Financial Management Program includes financial counseling for individuals experiencing financial difficulty and the Reality Store, a role-playing financial simulation for high school students to improve financial literacy.
