The annual Loudoun County Arbor Day celebration will take place Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds, 17558 Dry Mill Road in Leesburg. The formal ceremony begins at 11:30 a.m. The winners of the Arbor Day "Favorite Tree" Photo Contest will be recognized at the ceremony and so will the winners of the Poster Contest.
