Loudoun County's Second Annual Festival features live entertainment, cultural demonstrations, shopping, great food from around the world and fun activities for all ages.

We will have an extensive group of vendors representing different cultures, with authentic merchandise and demonstrations. Interested vendors or cultural groups can apply here.
Douglass Community Center Park, 405 East Market St., Leesburg, VA 20175. The festival can also be accessed directly from the W&OD bike trail.
Parking is available at the Frederick Douglass Elementary School and other nearby areas. Limited handicap parking is available at the Douglass Community Center in the northeast lot.
Free shuttle buses will operate from the Leesburg Park & Ride Lot, 19730 Sycolin Rd., Leesburg, VA.
Adults 13 & Up: $5 at the gate or purchase advance here.
Children 12 & Under: FREE
