Youth Mental Health First Aid reviews the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents ages 12-18.  The youth course is intended for anyone 16 years of age or older with an interest in learning how to help an adolescent in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.

  • January 10 and 12, 2018, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Course is full)
  • March 29 and 30, 2018, 9:00 AM too 1:00 PM

MHFA YouthMental Health First Aid - Adult
Adult Mental Health First Aid is appropriate for anyone 18 years of age and older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health related crisis or problem.  Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis and additions.

  • December 6 and 8, 2017, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Course is full)
  • March 5 and 7, 2018, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
