Board of Supervisors: Legislative Program
2017 State Legislative Program
Prior to the start of any Virginia General Assembly Session in Richmond, the Board of Supervisors collectively formulates and adopts its legislative priorities and position statements in an effort to better communicate and influence the actions of the Governor and the General Assembly. This adopted program serves as guidance for staff and the county’s contracted legislation liaisons during the legislative session. The Board of Supervisors adopted its 2017 legislative program on October 12, 2016, and revised it on November 1, 2016.

2017 Loudoun Federal Agenda
Similar to the state program, work performed by Loudoun County's federal legislative liaisons is guided by a federal agenda that is adopted on an annual basis. The federal agenda outlines specific projects and issues that guide work with Congress and federal agencies. The Board of Supervisors adopted its 2017 federal agenda on March 7, 2017.
