Fitness Training
Our fitness area is comprised of different training areas.  These 7 areas are uniquely designed to maximize your training.  Depending on your workout you can visit the Spider area for functional fitness, X-Lab for a barbell workout, The Edge is for metabolic conditioning, and the Ab Lab and Mobility Corner features ready made workouts.  

Group Exercise
We offer 2 exercise studios.  Our Group X studio is located in the Recreation Center and the Dance Studio is located in the Community Center.  Please click here to view our current group exercise offerings. 
Group exercise classes are included in daily, monthly and annual memberships. 
  • Classes are on a first come, first serve basis
  • Must pick up a class entrance card (CEC) from the front desk prior to class to reserve your spot.  
  • CEC are available 60 minutes prior to class start time
  • Classes are for ages 16 & up
  • Ages 12-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Private Training:

Nutrition Coaching Program Form:
You can’t outwork a bad diet! If you are still not reaching your goals consider sitting down with one of our certified nutrition coaches. Youth Exercise Orientation:
Current PRCS rules state those ages 12-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on the fitness floor. The Youth Exercise Orientation is 3-60 minute private training session with a certified personal trainer where they will learn gym etiquette, gym safety, lifting technique to prevent injuries, and basic programming. Upon the complete of the three private training sessions they will be given a card that must be on them whilethey are on the floor. This program costs $90. Youth Exercise Interest Form

Indoor Track
The facility features an elevated indoor track with resilient floor to limit injury.   Depending on the lane, you will need to run/walk approximately 13 laps to equal a mile.

There are two sides to our multipurpose gym.  Come join us for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, teen basketball, family night and more.  Please see the reception desk for the latest schedule, or call 571-258-3456.
