Reminders to update registry information with the County of Loudoun Evacuation Assistance Registry (CLEAR) will be sent every six months in the same manner the original registration was completed. If you registered online, the reminder will be sent via e-mail. If you registered by mailing in the form, the reminder will be sent via the United States Postal Service.
It is important to update registry information to ensure the most accurate information is on file when needed to assist the registrant with an evacuation. The Office of Emergency Management
will assist, upon request, any registrant who encounters difficulty updating a CLEAR profile.
