Document Recordation
Documents for recordation are accepted in person, by mail or via E-Recording. When mailing in documents for recording, please use one of the following addresses:

Recordation Cost and Payments
Please refer to the Deed Calculator for estimated recording fees. The Clerk’s office accepts cash, check and credit cards (more information on credit card payments available here) as forms of payment. Checks shall be made payable to “Clerk of the Circuit Court”.

Land Records Remote Retrieval System
The Clerk's office offers access to the Land Records Management system through a secured and restricted website. Individuals may subscribe to Remote Access with an annually paid subscription.

Land Records Escrow Account
Professionals and title companies have an option of setting up an escrow account for obtaining copies and recording services. Please refer to the Escrow Account Application for more information.
