The Law Library is staffed by a professional librarian, who does not offer legal advice, but assists in locating legal information and sample legal forms and also assists patrons with searches of some online legal databases.
The Law Library is located at 18 North King Street.
The Law Library includes almost a complete set of the Code of Virginia dating back to the year 1619. Many of these volumes were owned by former Clerks of the Circuit Court of Loudoun County, beginning with Charles Binns. Several are even inscribed with the former Clerks' names!
Neither food nor drinks are permitted in the Law Library.
The Library will usually close between the hours of 12:30 and 1:30 pm.
