It is our goal to help you plan and have a safe and successful event. We aim to provide resources for you to use during your planning process that will aide you in completing all the necessary permit applications, licenses, and site safety plans and procedures in advance of all established deadlines to prevent last-minute challenges.
As an event organizer, you are a very important member of our public health and safety team. We appreciate your participation.

for each of your upcoming events. Your answers to these questions will help us point you in the right direction and provide you with helpful information tailored to your event. After we receive your completed form you will receive a response email noting agencies we recommend you contact regarding permits and regulations as you plan your event.
